Mindfulness is a way of connecting with out experience in an open and non-judgmental way.
Mindfulness allows us to deal more effectively with stress and live with more ease and balance.
While it. has its roots in Buddhist mediation, Mindfulness is now also taught in a secular way that is open to everyone.
We run 8 week mindfulness courses in Nottingham.
Our courses are based on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Courses and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
They are designed to help with stress, low mood, and to help. us all deal more effectively with life’s ups and downs. They are open to everyone but it is essential to book in advance.
