This day will explore loving kindness practice and how this is an important component of mindfulness practice. The emotional intelligence expert and author of Focus: The Hidden Driver of Excellence Daniel Goleman recently highlighted loving kindness as a ‘very important’ practice alongside mindfulness. He said ‘the best way to train the mind is to combine both.’

I am happy to be working with Dr Karen Neil for a day of shared teaching to deepen our understanding and practice of loving kindness. This day is suitable for people who already practice mindfulness.
