This 8 week mindfulness course is based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Courses and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy courses.

Home practice is a very important part of the course and you will be given a handbook and a CD of guided meditations to help you with this. There will be no more than fifteen people in this group so there will be plenty of opportunity for interaction with the teacher.

The course includes guided meditations, opportunities to reflect on what we discover, guidance and feedback on home practice. It will include working with the breath, sounds, thoughts, difficult emotions and mindful movement.
