The next afternoon mindfulness course starts in November. It’s on Tuesday afternoons from 2-4pm and will run on the following dates.

November 14th, 21st, 28th

December 5th, 12th, 19th

January 9th, 16th

The course includes guided meditations, opportunities to reflect on what we discover, guidance and feedback on home practice. It will include working with the breath, sounds, thoughts, difficult emotions and mindful movement.
