The next Monday evening course will start in September.

This 8 week mindfulness course is based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course.

Home practice is a very important part of the course and you will be given a handbook and a CD of guided meditations to help you with this. There will be no more than fifteen people in this group so there will be plenty of opportunity for interaction with the teacher.


The course runs on Monday evenings from 6.45-9.15pm:

September 24th

October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

November 5th, 12th


There will also be an optional day of practice from 10.00am until 4.30pm on Friday November 2nd.

The course includes guided meditations, opportunities to reflect on what we discover, guidance and feedback on home practice. It will include working with the breath, sounds, thoughts, difficult emotions and mindful movement.
