The next Monday evening course will start in January

This 8 week mindfulness course is based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course.

Home practice is a very important part of the course and you will be given a handbook and recordings of guided meditations to help you with this. There will be no more than fifteen people in this group so there will be plenty of opportunity for interaction with the teacher.

The course runs on Monday evenings from 6.45-9.00pm

January 13th, 20th

February 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th

March 2nd, 9th

There will also be an optional day of practice on Friday February 28th

The course includes guided meditations, opportunities to reflect on what we discover, guidance and feedback on home practice. It will include working with the breath, sounds, thoughts, difficult emotions and mindful movement.

It is essential to book courses in advance. The full eight week course costs £200, which includes the handbook and recordings of guided meditations. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.

Please note that it is not advisable to take this course if you are currently experiencing acute emotional distress, such as clinical depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder. Please talk to your GP if you have any doubts about your suitability for the course.
