The next evening course will start in June

Monday evenings from 6.45 until 9pm

June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th

July 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd

There will also be an optional day of practice on Friday June 28th


The course follows the curriculum of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

The course includes guided meditations, opportunities to reflect on what we discover, guidance and feedback on home practice. It will include working with the breath, sounds, thoughts, difficult emotions and mindful movement.

It is essential to book courses in advance. The full eight week course costs £200, which includes the handbook and a CD of guided meditations. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.

Please note that it is not advisable to take this course if you are currently experiencing  acute emotional distress, such as clinical depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder. Please talk to your GP if you have any doubts about your suitability for the course.

Home practice is a very important part of the course and you will be given a handbook and a CD of guided meditations to help you with this. There are no more than fifteen people in each group so there will be plenty of opportunity for interaction with the teacher.
