Individual Sessions

As well as our group mindfulness courses, we also offer ways in which you can learn mindfulness on a one-to-one basis.

We can teach you the full eight week course, either in person in Nottingham, or by phone or Skype.

We also offer mentoring sessions for ongoing support in your own practice. These can also be useful for the continuing development of mindfulness teachers. We have a particular specialism in the Buddhist foundations of mindfulness practice.
